Absolutely you can. You would create a staff profile for them (or their firm) under Admin, Staff. Typically, we see centres giving their accountants the following User Rights:

- Attendance
- Form Generator
- Parents
- List
- View
- Staff
- Staff Schedules – View
- Communication
- Inbox
- Accounting
- View Statements
- Accounts
- Tax Receipts
- Deposits
- Admin
- Calendar – View
If you or your accountant/bookkeeper have multiple locations that they manage, or you don't want to provide the activation key to your location (it isn't recommended to provide your activation key to anyone other than necessary admin staff), we recommend that they are setup with a MyFastoche account. This is a multi-site interface where they can easily switch between locations, as well as providing some added security.
You can request an account for your accountant/bookkeeper at helpdesk@fastoche.ca. This request would need to come from the primary contact on file and we would need their first and last names, as well as their email address. You would still need to create them in your system and manage their user rights. Please ensure you add them with the same name as in their multi-site account, so we can make the connection.
