As with all parts of kids scheduling in Fastoche, the colours are standard:
- Green = Present
- Red = Absent
- Yellow = Sick
- Blue = Vacation
- Orange = Holiday
- Grey = Not Scheduled
When looking at an individual child's schedule calendar, there can be one to three dots. The right most dot is what is used for the status and billing purposes. For example:
Three dots: The first dot is the fixed (Monday-Friday schedule), the second dot is the variable schedule (which supersedes the fixed schedule), and the third dot is attendance.
