The most effective way to change a rate plan part way through a billing cycle is using our transition tool.
You can set up transitions for individual or all children, as well as on a date or age basis.
For example, if you created a transition for all children at age 2, the system will automatically adjust their rate on the child’s second birthday.
If you haven’t created a transition you would need to change the rates manually if already posted to the account, as well as change the rate plan going forward.
