Security deposits or key fob deposits can be added as payments under the child's account.


  1. Go to Admin, Accounts
  2. Select the Child
  3. Click Add Payment
  4. Select the "Security Deposit" tab
  5. Enter the rest of the information for the payment


Security Deposit payments will appear on the statement, but will not be reflected in the account balance and will not be applied for child care tax receipts.
