If one of your staff calls in sick and you are using the timesheet feature, you would:

  1. Go to Admin, Timesheets
  2. Click on the date
  3. Click the Add button
  4. Choose Sick and enter the time range


Otherwise, you would mark them as sick on their schedule:

  1. Go to Admin, Staff Schedules
  2. Click on the date/staff
  3. Choose Sick and enter the time range (if needed)
