Yes, families can add their children to the wait list, as long as you have it set as open to the public. To ensure you have this open to families, go to Settings/Wait List, in the General tab, if the checkbox for "Wait List Open to Public" is selected (near the bottom of the page), and saved, families will be able to add their children.
We recommend that you go through the settings and fields for the Wait List before providing the link to families, so you get the information that you need. To do this, go to Settings/Wait List, and go through each tab across the top, saving after you make changes.
Once your settings are the way you would like, you can post the QR code, or web address provided in Settings/Wait List to social media, in emails to families, or displayed in the window of your centre. Please note, these addresses and web addresses are unique to your individual centre.
You can also send the link by email, or text message through Admin/Wait List, by selecting the green + in the top right hand corner, and selecting E-mail in the bottom of that popup, and entering, and completing the fields. Please note, you can add to the Message field, but if you remove the link itself that will also be removed for the parent.
