For medications to alert you when they are due to be administered, they must
- be created as "Temporary"
- be authorized by you and the family
- have a valid time entered
- be currently active (start date in the past, end date in the future, and medication expiry in the future)
- the child is active and checked in as present at the time the medication is due
If the medication was entered prior to the time indicated, the alarm will not sound. The alarm will go off at the time that is indicated in the medication approval for any staff that have the same Default Group as the child. If the medication isn't administered after 15 minutes of that alarm to those staff, it will go off for all staff. Please note, you need to be actively signed into Fastoche, this will not wake up your device.
