The Status Board is arranged first alphabetically by program, then alphabetically by group. This means that all the programs will show in alphabetical order, the groups that are linked to a program will show in alphabetical order within those programs.
For example, if you have an Infant Program and a School Age Program, all groups in the Infant Program will show before the School Age Program groups. If you have a Bunny Group and a Teddy Bear Group in your Infant Program, the Bunny Group will show before the Teddy Bear Group, in the Infant Program. If you have a Kangaroos group and a Sharks group in your School Age Program, the Kangaroos will show before the Sharks in the School Age Program. So in this example, the Status Board would show, from left to right, Bunny Group, Teddy Bear Group, Kangaroos, Sharks.
You can link groups to a program, under Settings/Groups, in the group. You can make changes to programs, under Settings/Programs. You can add letters or numbers to the front of groups or programs, to reorder them.
