In
order for parents to login to register a few conditions must be met:
- The child must not currently be active. Make sure the Active checkbox on the child's profile is unchecked
- The child's first and last name must be entered correctly into Fastoche. Verify the spelling with the parent.
- At login, the parent is prompted for the child's last name. If the parent's last name differs, they sometimes put in their own last name instead of the child's.
- The activation key is case sensitive. Ensure the parent is entering it in correctly
