Sometimes videos can take longer to upload to Fastoche.  This typically occurs when you are using an older device or using a slow/poor Internet connection.  Please check to make sure you have good Wi-Fi signal when uploading videos.  Some newer phones record video in high definition, which take a lot longer to upload.
