How do I change how a parent receives the journal/statement? Print

Communication preferences for parents can be changed either individually or in bulk.

Individually: Go to the Parent, Details and change the "Send Journal By" and/or the "Send Statement By" options.

Bulk: Go to Admin, Tools, Communication Preferences, Journal/Statement.

Note these options apply to communications related to all of their children. The "Send Statement By" option applies to all financial transactions (statements, receipts, tax receipts, etc).
