It is important to always enter the subsidy information exactly as it appears on your approval letter. For inservice subisdies, be sure the check off the box that says "Inservice".
In order for the system to charge correctly, and make use of the correct subsidy, you will have to mark the days in the summer as "School Closed" on the school calendar under Admin, Settings, School Calendar. You may want to set the category to "Summer" in order for those days to be broken out separately on your facility report.
