When you create a new child, they are created as an inactive child. This is to prevent children from showing on attendance lists before you are ready.  You will need to check the show inactive checkbox when you are ready to make them active.


In order to access inactive children, go to Admin, Kids and click "Show Inactive".


For a child to be considered active all of the following is required:

  • Active checkbox is checked
  • First day is today or in the past
  • Last day is either blank or in the future
